When you share content in Teams, it minimizes the controls to the lower right corner of the screen. Click the More options ellipses.In the Teams app, share the window of content in the meeting. Hover over the name you want to give access. ![]() While in the meeting click Show participants. If you want an attendee to share, you can make that attendee a presenter. If you follow the steps in Part 1 everyone that joins the meeting will be an attendee. Part 2: Give Attendee the Presenter Access. Choose whether to Build a team from scratch or pull in contacts from an existing group or team. Click Join or Create a team at the bottom of the screen. Open the Teams tab on the left-hand side.Step 1: Completely quit the Teams application by right-clicking the Teams icon in the system tray (next to the clock on your taskbar) and selecting Quit. This means that if you work for Company A who uses Teams, and a colleague from Company B grants you external access to their Teams tenant, you can switch seamlessly.
